Return Policy

• Return of products acceptable under any of the following condition
• When products delivered are in defective or damaged condition.
• When wrong product was received from what was ordered.
• In case of Personalized order, we will not entertain any cancellation request.
• In both of the above cases, we will completely refund the money once the products are returned to the origin. On your request, we will exchange that product with a new product.
• In case of personalized products if material returns back to origin due to non-serviceable area then we will try to reship the order through alternate courier whose services luxor is availing. But incase no such courier is available with Luxor then request will be made for alternate serviceable address.
• Please inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform our customer service if you detect any damages or defects within 24 business hours of receiving the order.
• In other cases, if your shipment is lost by third party logistics provider we will refund your money or on your request replacement product will be shipped to you in next 5 business days.
• Please note that the product should be unused and tags should not be removed and it should be sent back along with original box and invoice within 2 business days.

• We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
• The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 7 working days and credit would happen in 5 to 7 working days.
